--------------------- Using Download Files: --------------------- PC Component updates - download the appropriate file, place it in the related product installation directory; click on the file to de-compress it; allow any existing files to be overlaid. AS/400 Component updates - call Tech Support for installation instructions. Other files and utilities - See instructions for EXE files. Other files can be opened with the appropriate application. Password protected files - if a file is indicated as password protected, you must call to receive the password. Passwords will be provided if you are within the initial product support period or have acquired an annual support plan. Password protected files are installed as described for other files, but the proper (case sensitive) password MUST be provided when prompted. ------------------------ List of Available Files: ------------------------ *** - no updates are currently required for these products FILE NAME SIZE DESCRIPTION ----------- ------ ------------------------------------ Greenbar.exe 2k Contains greenbar-like forms which can be generated into overlays for use in FORMagic applications. Click on the EXE file to de-compress it into these PRN files. Landscape (GBARL.PRN) Portrait (GBARP.PRN) Pcldump.exe 29k Utility to dump a PCL file to a disk file in a readable format for manual review. Place the EXE file in any appropriate directory. Type PCLDUMP to de-compress it, then view the DUMPPCL.DOC file. Phprdrct.exe 2.34m Utility to print PRN files. Also allows small text files containing PCL commands to be edited and printed. Provides a means to enter and print the Escape character in the PCL commands. Place in an empty directory, execute to de-compress. Run FMPRDRCT.EXE to edit or print files. Ff400.exe 1.66m Final Version 2 release of FontMagic/400, now obsolete. Just execute to begin installation. See README file. Generally, you should now use Version 3 instead.
